hi guys!!! i'm a newbie here. has anyone ever hooked up a 4gb mini sd card? motorola suggests only 2gb for external memory.

Good information - I am looking into a 4gb myself, as I see they are available. Saw one on the QStore here - but it did not list the q as one of the compatible phones? It's SDHC or something like that?

And will it work on Q9h? What about an 8gb?

I've used the forum search and can't find an answer.

If it's a 4GB+ SDHC you'll need the sdhc cab for your Q to see it...it's available here.

Not sure about your pc deal...what brand card is it?

Its weird. I have the q9c also and I just got a Kingston 4gb card. the phone reads it perfectly but I can't get my laptop to see it. Is there a fix for that?
