Here's a couple of 8GB SDHC cards for a little less than double the 4GB price. I'm not concerned about the adapters since I got the MiniSD and full-size SD adapters with the 2GB that I bought. Although that little USB microSD reader with the Kingston deal is pretty cool! :D

The difference between the two is the Speed Class Rating. The first is a Class 4 and the second is a Class 2. I didn't know there were different levels for cards so I was a little leery seeing the C4 and C2 symbols in the picture. So I looked it up. For those that don't know (like me :P) here's what they mean:
"SDHC cards adhere to the SD Speed Class Rating specification which defines a minimum sustained transfer speed and use the FAT32 file system. The SD Speed Class Ratings specify a minimum sustained write speed for SDHC cards (Class 2: 2 MB/s; Class 4: 4 MB/s; Class 6: 6 MB/s) - that's MegaBytes not MegaBits."
UPDATE: OK, those links may act weird... I just clicked one so I could check shipping/taxes and the price is different. It seems to keep changing on Amazon...
