WMP sound very low; ringtone volume ok ???

Any ideas how to solve this.
Anyone experienced same problem.

Hold in the scroll wheel until the volume menu pops up, adjust that to 100%. That should fix it.

You could do that or you could hit up on the d-pad when in the WMP, that'll make JUST WMP louder, so you won't have to turn your phone down when you're not listening to music.

I saw that, but the way they put would just turn up the whole phone's volume, so the ringtone would be REALLY loud and she'd have to turn the volume down every time she's not listening to music, I'm pretty sure that's how it'd play out anyways.

huh? I think we've got a misunderstanding.

The way I'm seeing it:
If you scroll up it makes everything loud and than you'd have to turn it back down so that you're ringtone's not super loud.
If you hit up on the d-pad while in WMP, it'd only turn up the volume for WMP and leave the ringtone at the right volume.

Oh, the error was on my end, I just found out that the wheel does the same thing as the d-pad.

no if u scroll up in wmp it also has the same effect as pressing up on the d pad.. not holding in the scroll wheel until the earpiece volumeshows up... but just scrolling with out pushing in see try it
