There's no Outlook in any operating system, Outlook is part of Microsoft Office. Previous operating systems have all come with outlook express (which our phones can not sync to). When Vista was released they prettied up outlook express and changed its name to Windows Mail.

Hi,

Just wanted to thank everyone for giving me the confidence to try this on my own! I synced all my info via verizon wireless sync. I downloaded the Motorola update on Sat. Went very smooth and didn't loose any data!

Thanks again!!
