just go to the motorola website and go to the upgrade section (as described in many threads) and hook up the phone to the PC and your set

Where do I find my contacts in Mobile Device? I did a sync.

i swear some of the hacks are spelled right out it is like they said. I have even done a few myself and that is saing quite a bit for me.

i have stored most if not all info and files i would need in a folder on my pc. I have not ever had to do a master reset since june O7...but I am prepared if I do.

Sounds like ur off 2 a good start...sorry to say im still a lowley xp cant help with vista.

in mobile device center on Vista you can go in and set what you want to sync and the specifics for each item. the more specific your questions are the more we can help. what exactly do you want to do but can't?

you need Outlook to sync contacts/calendar..

I opened my Windows mail (running Vista, so not called Outlook) and I didn't find any info when I clicked on my contacts.

I did set these to be sync'd in Mobile Device center.
