 |  Where/what is IPSM In an attempt to try to unlock my mobile I stumbled upon AEconfig but its asking me to copy/paste a file to /IPSM/windows/start menu. Can anyone direct me to this. I can't seem to find it. Thank you. |

| also...the ISPM folder (atleast on mine is located in the root directory)
