Just kidding... I don't want/need this feature, but I know you all will figure it out soon!
I'm a business student! Besides I have Sprint. And I already gave Skittle my ROM file.

Interesting article. It's a little sad that phone companies have to go to such means as to cripple their own phones to make more money.

There has to be something in the BT drivers that breaks. Never had this problem with the Q1. Worked great the other day and the headset still works.
I recently helped a friend connect his GPS. Discovered that he had to reset the port to COM 1 using gpscom.exe.

I would say instead of crippling their phones, companies should use that money to better their own products enough that people will be willing to purchase the service or product rather than use a cheaper or free alternative. The hardware is there--instead of disabling it, why not further it?

I'm wanting to get some kind of navigation system for my phone. I am using the at&t navigator for free for the 30 days, but don't like the idea of paying an extra $10 a month. I've checked out the garmin mobil xt and it looks pretty good for a one time fee of $100. Do you know of any less expensive or better options? Advice appreciated.
