I need to return my Q for warrenty reasons. the buttons are messed up. before returning this should i remove everything.

with the keypad messed up, try presing in the chrome button on D pad while turning on the phone. If done correctly(and buttons behaving) it should come up in flash mode. follow the prompts on screen and everything will be wiped clean

Geekster fixed the txt for me, and RB posted the url...just had to use it :-)

a Master Reset will bring the device back to out of box settings. (only thing that will remain is MOL updates)
