trying to install reg edit prog?

Hi there. I'm new here and just getting into q hacking. I have active sync installed on my pc and don't know how to use it. Also I have downloaded PHMregedit to my desktop on pc and have tried a few different things to install it on pc or phone and I'm just not doing something right...I think. maybe somebody could give me a few pointers about downloads and this active sync thing??? Make sure you have the PHM 2002-3 Arm something...its a .cab file. copy the whole file to your Q and then click on it via file explorer..the install will begin.

Active Sync is needed so you can copy files back & forth between pc & Q.

ok dl'd the arm2003 one and got that on my phone and installed...but it said something about my phone being newer than that and some things may not show up?? I tried to do the speed hack and my registry labels didn't look like the one posted on the speed hack thread. Any suggestions? And thank you also for the help and the welcome
