system sound stopped working

i've edited and unedited the profiles so that the system sound volume is ON but certain things don't work, like when i dial a number or try to listening to ringtones. does anyone have an idea of what could've happened?

hold in the scroll bar and scroll up to hear sound

on the right side of your phone there is a scroll bar push it in and hold it for few seconds and them set it to max and u good to go
