 |  system restore? hi... I was wondering, I've had my moto Q for less than a month and twice the software crashed and locked up my phone, took it back and got a free replacement. I was wondering, is there any way to image my mobile 6 onto my pc and later do a restore? will it boot from the usb if it crashes? In 1 week my 30 days expires, and if it crashes again, I have to drive 3 hours to get it repaired, and will prolly have to leave it there, then drive back to get it.... ughhh, what a hassle. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!  |

| thanks, good link! Another question, when it crashes... all I get is the "M" on the screen and it's locked up.... is there a master reset or a way to boot into "safe-mode"? Or a way to re-load windows? |

 | hold down the center of the directional pad while powering the phone on. Don't let go of it untill it prompts you to do a master reset. You will lose all personal info (contacts and such), but if you have a backup no worries. |
