Oh I agree. Without having the gray and color backgrounds separate, it'd be hellish trying to get it to look the same. I might try and split them up at a later point, but I'll forget by the time I feel like doing it.

As for extracting the file, I completely forgot! I also missed your post saying how to get it out. I'm scrolling to get it now, I'll e-mail it to you when I get it out. Expect it in the next 5 minutes or so. First I'm gonna finish drying off and get some socks on before my feet freeze off. *lol*

EDIT>> Damn! After like an hour (not literally, but sure as heck seemed like it) of scrolling, it tells me it can't copy due to an unknown error. I'll go back and try and find the name of that program he talked about and see if it will work. BTW, 48k seem about right for the file size?

The copy I have is more like 400k!

Ok, finally got a little time to work on this. Can I still put a request in for this as a loading icon? So you need individual bmp's for the best quality?

Hmm. I was able to make the gif in 6 frames. Does the process need exactly 16 or can there be less?

its a loop of 16 so 8 is good too..or 4! 6 would loop twice then almost finish..then start again.

I'm a little confused why it still wouldn't work? If the loop of images was complete in 6, and it displayed all six, why wouldn't it work? Sorry if I'm missing something here.

6 does not go into 16 evenly
16 does 8 does and 4 does

the 16/8/4/ images would loop seemlessly where as the 6 would finish 2 times then on the 3rd get a little ways done and then start at 1 again

1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4(16 images end here),1,2,3,4,......
