Ever since i have restartd my moto q i been askin people to send me ringtones threw a pic message.as soon as the messages p;ay my media players says error some i dont kno wut to do.

Back when I used a Razr V3m on Verizon, I had to send myself ringtones through an MMS email, and the only way it would save is if the ringtone was in .MIDI format. Maybe that file type is being used.
