I attached the original plastic holder to the sun shade on the driver's side of my work van. in additin to the little thingy I have up there for all my paperwork, everything I need lives right above my head.

I bought an Arkon CM910 for $18 on Amazon for mounting in the car. I like it. Never felt a need for a desk dock...

I had a cradle for the van I drove this summer that I made out of duct tape...too bad I didn't take any pictures of it. Oh well.

Para: All I want in a cradle is a place to put my phone and let it charge... MAYBE even look at it while it's charging. The silly design of the phone makes it hard to have a top loading cradle but I've been thinking about building a cradle where the phone lays on its side. That way the USB part is still essentially top-loading. What do you think?
