New at this. just got Q9 and looking for some help.

Is there any way to get the volume on the phone any louder. Have all setting turned up to the max. Have missed a few calls cause I never heard it ring.....
Also is there a setting for ring and vibrate together.

have you held in the scroll wheel?
(not sure which Q9 you have as the 9h doesnt have a wheel)

Go to preferences, profile, then edit and you will see the option to vibrate and ring at the same time. Also you can set the ring volume. I set mine on 4 as the "loud" setting is well, too loud for my taste.
