Thanks, They Worked. I just changed the file extension to .png, adapted conf.mwc, loaded it and it worked. I'll post it later. I looked at the "not square" one that would not work earlier....had some .jpg's with the .png's fixed that and now it works. Looks like the images DON'T have to be "square" I'll have to try the load bar again...after I rebuild it...I deleated it with out looking at it closely. Maybe I made the same mistake.

This one was in the other cursor pack on the site. Did you see it? It's bigger.

A spinning Q would be pretty cool, I think.

Well...thats pretty sweet it worked! I can rest easy now knowing my ace will work! Thanks!

it is alot easier using marshalls app than doing his old school way with a resource editor....nice! Let me know if there are any other cursors you like!

Now that I have it figured out it's really easy. Any animated gif can be extracted and used. It might even flash a full screen animation for a loading cursor. Just did one 150x100 and it worked! Someone might like that.

you using gifSplitter? also...I take it theres no limit of frames you can use? that was_the bummer part of the resource editor you had fill 16 frames.

I use "Banner Maker" to extract the GIFs. Photo Scape to re-size them. I have used from 5 to 20 frames that works...haven't tried bigger.
