Default Changing Bluetooth received files directory

Ok, what in the hell

so my friend has a 100 mb file he wants to send me...we are no where near a computer but both have bluetooth. Now i beleive the default bluetooth received files directory is my documents (dont quote me) wherever it is i know its a location on the device itself....

when receiving files you dont have to option to specify where to save...and in the bluetooth settings theres no where to change the default received files directory....so even though i have a 2 gb card i cant get this 100 mb file because my device storage isnt large enough...so of course i want to change my default bluetooth received files directory to be on my storage card

how in the hell can you do this?

Default Found something!

Found an app called moBlue that will do just what we were looking for. It lets you specificy different folders for different file types received via Bluetooth (even to save directly onto your storage card). Has a few other little things here and there, like a progress bar, etc.

Here's a link to version 0.11 with some info on it:
http://www.mobiletopsoft.com/smartph...blue-0-11.html

I think I d/l an upgraded version, PM me for the info.

no need to pay for this, there's a registry hack to do the same thing, however, I cannot find it at the moment.

when you find it, please post it!

anything that doesn't require an additional app to be installed is great!

thanks!

Hmm, at least on wm 6.1, it's the same hack as changing the root browse dir, so you have to do both or none.

I have to do both? What do you mean "both"? I followed the link and I'll do the tweak indicated but I'm not sure if I'm understanding there is another tweak I have to do too?
