Change GPS Accuracy in WM6.1

I set mine to 2 but it doesn't seem to increase accuracy. Mine is usually on point when driving, a little off when walking. It hasn't decreased time to get a fix either. I'll just keep it at 2 and see if there are any differences as I use it more extensively.
