i have looked all over and cant seem to find how to sent AOL mail to instant recieve

you would need a third party Push mail application...a bunch of threads here on that!

could try "push"!!

some options are mobipush, seven, pusheffect...or forwarding to windows live!! I'm sure there are more ways...

i just need a setting so my email will be recieved instantly. like when i get an email it goes to my phone. instantly. cause now it only does every 15 min. and for some reason my internet on my Q just stops. like no in or out. but if im constantly on the intrenet. it doesnt stop which is mysolution to tht problem.
