 |  annoying sounds On my old phone whenever i got a text and the sound for it played as soon as i pressed the read buttn the sound stopped. i asumed all phones did ths but my q doesnt. anything i can do to fix that? |

 | Neither of my Motorolas ever stopped to play a sound after pressing 'read' There is a lot of software that allows you to cut mp3s, you can shorten the ringtone so that it would play a reasonable length of time.
