Volume issues!?!?

just got a Q9m not long ago and for some reason, the volume is low. the only time its loud is when it beeps when im ask if im sure i want to delete something, or some kinda prompt like that. any ides anybody?

never mind. I just reseted the thing. does any body know what I may have done to cause this?

hold in the scroll wheel until the volume bar comes up..

im not if that wouldve done it. the volume was up all the way. I appreciate it though. its all back to normal

I had that same problem and reset it but then a few days later it happened again. I had to take it to the verizon store and they gave it a software update. If it happens again it probably needs the update
