Default Using Q9m with Sprint

Has anyone tried to use a Q9m (from Verizon) with Sprint?

For various reasons I'm switching from Verizon to Sprint and don't want to get a BB Curve. Ideally I'd like to stick with the Q9m. I was prepared to get the Q9c with Sprint but looks like they're out of it - so for now - not spending $ on a new phone and re-using what I have with Sprint will be great.

I know they're both CDMA but didn't know if Sprint allows CDMA phones from Verizon on their network..

thanks

I haven't heard of anyone trying it, but it may be worth a try at least. Granted, you won't have MMS anymore. Last I heard you can still get the Sprint Q9c direct from the Motorola Website, and the Q9c is still advertised on most of the sprint sites.
