Username and Password issues

So it's been a while since I've been on the forum, and I've been looking around and I think I might be the only one having this issue. Well it isn't so much an issue as it is annoying. While writing emails and text messages a Check username and password thing comes up. In the beginning I setup my info and had saved my password and it worked fine, now it comes up 5 to 10 times while writing one message. It's so annoying I want to throw the phone. Anyone know how to fix this???

I had that issue, but I was using a free push email program. I killed it. are you using any push program.

No actually it happens when I write text messages. it comes up all the time. it's actually up now for no good reason.
