Default Uninstall Anything that Uses Data Access

I know the phone has data access for stuff like email, browing the web, vzapps, vcast, etc... I dont want to use any of this stuff through their EVDO network that that crappy .015 cents a kilobyte.

Instead, I want to use the internet provided from wireless access points and the like (my home router and my school). How would I go about setting this connection up? My router has WPA Security. I couldnt find it in the manual... (I plan on buying an SDIO card)

As well, I want to make sure that it NEVER tries to access the Verizon data network. I dont want to pay surcharges since I dont have a data plan.

As well, how do I uninstall verizon's marketting programs like vcast?

Ah... thanks man, that did it... Howevr, since I am getting a wifi card, I really want to get rid of Vcast, since it takes up 10mb of my extremely limited space...

Any way to get rid of it?
