Default Uconnect & q9m

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with Uconnect and their q9m.

I just bought an 08 Jeep Liberty that has Uconnect. I can't seem to keep my q9m paired with the Uconnect system unless I pull the battery out and restart the phone with bluetooth turned on.

I know there has to be an easier way to get this to work. I've also posted in a few Uconnect forums as well.

I've had similar problems with Uconnect in a 2009 Dodge Journey. But then I've had consistent problems with Bluetooth and the phone in general, so I suspect it's the phone's quirkiness.

.... I have an '06 Grand Cherokee. UConnect kept "un-pairing" with my Q9m. Jeep dealer said it is not the phone but rather the UConnect software. He did a software flash update on the Jeep & I haven't had problems since.

I also just upgraded my Firmware on my Q9m, and the bluetooth functionality seems to be running better in general.

One problem I keep having is the Uconnect does not recognize when the calls ends. I have to hit the button manually on the Console.

I just got a new Jeep Commander and Town & Country with Uconnect. My Moto Q 9m does not work in either. I can pair it with no problem, it sounds like it is going to work and then there is NO audio at all. I took it to the dealership and they said I have the latest software. I am sooo frustrated.

I have done a master reset and still not working.

I did get it to work one time and I see that others have been able to also. Any other advice is greatly appreciated.

I have an '07 Grand Cherokee Limited and the only problem I have is that I too have to hit the Uconnect button to "hang up" the call. The phone is already hung up but the car doesn't realize it is until I hit the button.

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I have also noticed that sometimes I cannot pick up the call. Gotta hit the button a few times.

kyderr - How did you update the firmware? I found some software on the motorola site for updating the phone but it can't seem to find my phone.
