Transfer data to replacement phone

I use wireless sync to syncronize outlook on my work pc and Q9m. Active Sync is "ask each time" and I use it only to sychronize music between my home pc and the memory card (not on the phone itself). Anyone know how I can backup the entire contents of the phone so I can transfer everythink, including settings and preferences, from the old phone to the replacement phone? Active Sync and Wireless Sync don't get along very well.
