 |  Sync problem I have had my Q9M since April and I have been syncing with Outlook 2007 almost every day without a problem. Tried to sync today and my device was not recognized. I had to set up a new sync partnership now labled windows PC2. Does anybody know why this happened and if it is a potential problem? Thanks. |

 | happens to mine all the time...well not all the time but maybe once every 2-3 months cant tell you why but i have yet to loose any information when doing so
