Status of WM 6.1 for Verizon Users

When I thought Motorola had made WM 6.1 available (before I tried to run the downloaded "update" software), I asked if they had a new user guide explaining the new features and settings of WM 6.1. Here is Motorola support's response - the interesting thing is that they say the are working to provide the WM 6.1 upgrade:
