Default Serious Problem, Who can help?

Ok, so I have had my phone for roughly 2 - 3 weeks. And all of a sudden, out of nowhere, i can barely hear the person on the other line. As far as i know the volume is all the way up. My ringtones and everything come in loud and clear, but i cant hear anyone i call. Ive tried turning it off and on, and I have full bars from where i am calling. Ive also called serveral different people. Any idea what could be wrong with the phone? Im obviously pretty angry about this. SO any help would be appreciated.

Anyone else have any ideas as to why this phone would act like this?

I would try turning the scroll wheel while in a call if that doesn't work sounds like you may have to return it.

This is what I was thinking too. I believe the earpiece volume and the master volume are two different things.
