Scrolling issue when coming out of sleep

This problem just started recently. Whenever I press a button to get the back light on (ex: been sitting on my belt for a while) My home screen automatically scrolls to the bottom really fast. Does anyone else have this problem? I guess it really isn't a big deal just a bit annoying. Any fix?

I have the problem but I only noticed it after I updated the firmware.

I have a thought, do you use the Documents to go? In the Sheets to go one, there is a setting for scrolling. It is either by line or page. When mine was on page and the ap was open, my home screen scrolled by page. This was way back when. Might want to look at that if you have it.
