resetting internet connectivity

My phone died and for some reason lost it's connectibility, I have tried some basic things that looked right but in the end do not work. Could someone please tell me or point me to a previous thread.

my phones internet doesnt work either ....................i dotn know why....but after my 2nd master reset and i rehacked everything and reinstalled everything it never worked.....no pic mail...nothing

okay did that but still says : Your internet connection is not configured properly. Please verify your settings.

my choices are
Poxy
VPN
USB to PC
Wi-Fi

in the proxy i have it set
connect from cellular
connect to internet

may have to make a stop at Verizon.

Okay got back from the Verizon store and they ended up doing a hard reboot and then it worked. It was the only thing I did not do.

I was wondering if anyone can help..I just did a hard reboot on my Q, so I lost all my contacts, had to go around and regather numbers from people. So I'm trying to back them up to Outlook, but when I do that it says my phone doesn't have enough internal memory to do that. I've ran into this memory problem before when I tried to put a third song under my sounds folder via active-sync..I've tried erasing pix, erasing text messages, but I don't know what to do. Can someone help!! Thanks
