Replying to someone who sent an MMS

One thing I always do is when someone sends a text I click reply instead of New Text everytime. Well I'd like to be able to do this with MMS and have the option of sending a TXT it always opens up a new MMS to the person I clicked reply. This is especially annoying as people sometimes send me things and I don't have there number. There's no way to save there number by clicking a button...i'd have to write it down go to contacts and add it that way, or text them back because I don't have them in my address book...

Any ideas? it's makin me mad!
