Default Q9m not recognizing Time Change

My Q9m didn't recognize the time change this morning and I had to manually set it forward... This also happened this past fall with the time change then..

Verizon had no Answer then...

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Umm, have you tried power cycling the phone? Mine updated automatically at 2am (3?) this morning. Or maybe try a *228

Have you tried going to settings, phone settings, clock and time zone, is it set to automatic?

Did you download and install not just the update for your Q, but also for your PC and for Outlook (both of these for each computer you sync your Q with)?
