I'm sure there is a thread about it somewhere, but for the registry hacks, such as the password one, how do I get into the phone's registry?

Try here: Note that all cards are not compatible with the Q, but this one was made to work specfically for the Q (Verizon and Sprint models only...)

Ok, I just had this chat with Verizon. Are they just dumb or are they actually right for once? And does anyone have personal experience with this?

Ben: I came across a wireless(wifi) mini SD card that can be used for the Q9m. So my question is if I get this card, will I be able to access the internet and email for free using wifi?
Whitney: I'll be more than happy to assist you with the phone wifi options
Whitney: The phone will still have the megabyte charges when being used.
Whitney: You will need the data package on the account to require no charges.
Ben: But if I'm just using wifi.....?

Whitney: The phone will have data charges when it is used which is considered when the phone access the web on the phone.

as explained you HAVE to get a data plan
one plan is a 'pay as you go plan' they only charge you for data used on THERE network ie verizon

if you get a wifi card you will NOT be using verizon but the wifi card THUS not being charged

they will not tell you how to set up the wifi card...search google for a card and there it should come with directions and if not then search here for wifi
there has been plenty of talk about this
