Need Help q9m is really quiet

hi guys,
my volume on my q seems to be very quiet compared to my friends. i have the volume turned all the way up in the menu where you hold down the scroll wheele in and the volume bar comes up. but yet his is so much louder. there is times where i cant even hear my phone in my apartment.

yeah im having similar issues. Mainly im disappointed with the vibrate function. but i also agree with the ring loudness. Its good i like the phone enough to deal with the vibration.

ya thats what happened to my q and i compared it with the demo outside big time different they swapped it out and they said that it was probably a bad batch of the qs but now its working fine
