Help! My Q9m won't turn on. I've tried the soft reset (removing the battery) but no matter what I do, I cannot get past the verizon wireless screen that first shows up when you power the phone on.
I know that a master reset will work because when I had this problem with the first Q9m I bought from verizon (I'm on my second), that's what Moto support suggested and it worked. But I cannot afford - nor do I want - to reset my phone every time this happens (this is the second time).
yea i am having issues with my Q9m..seems that during the night, i get visited by the ghost of cell phones who then proceeds to shut my phone off.. while it is charging..therefor i miss my alarm clock and get to work late
i need to remove the battery and restart my phone that way
i hate that s**t....
