 |  Phone Freezes at Verizon Wireless Screen someone, if you could shed some light, i noticed some of my contacts were gone today so i soft resetted my phone to see what if would do, after i tried to turn it back on, it freezes at the verizon wireless screen! help

 | Was your battery super low? If so, you may just need to let it charge a bit... If the battery was good then I don't know what it could have been however, not to get u upset, but the only cure I have ever found was a Master Reboot...  (on Q) |

| press and hold Power Key and the center d-pad button until a "DOS" STYLE SREEN COMES UP ASKING IF U WANT TO master Reset... NOTE: u WILL loose everything! |

| this is the exact problem i had today, wish i would have read the board before making the trip to verizon, the guy did this reset, and my phone booted up right away, although i did loose everything as said. it works thought! |
