Default Palm Transfer dilemma! Please help!

I apologize in advance if this has been posted before.
Here is my situation. I am thinking about purchasing the new Moto Q 9m, and currently have the Palm Treo 600 (old!). Of course I would need to transfer all of my data to the new phone. I use a PC. Here are my problems:
1. My Palm doesn't have bluetooth (from what I read from other posts needed for transfer of data)
2. I unfortuantely have no computer back up of my data (Bad, I know!)

I cannot find my Palm software disk so I can't sync. Can the transfer be done without computer backup?

Thanks in advance for any help!

welcome in advance... maybe your carrier can help you (perhaps for a small fee)

You can download the sync software for free from Palm.com. Install, make sure when it asks that you want to synchronize with Outlook, not Palm Desktop. Sync to your PC using the USB sync cable (I'm assuming you still have this) and now Outlook will have all your information.

Or like rudeboy says, your carrier's store might help.
