Default nothing is installing
when ever i click on a .cab in the file managment to install a program. it literally shows the loading bar for a second then says program installed unsucessfully. and does nothing after that. i just master rebooted and same problem. how would i fix this.

what programs are you trying to install? Are you sure they are for smartphone, not pocket pc?

okay...it fixed it self lol. everything installs fine. i just mast reset it so i guess its back to being locked
