Default noise

I have noticed a high pitched sound in the background on a lot of my calls. It happens on probably 50% of the calls. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I exchange for a new one or have the techie try to fix it?

I had this problem with my old black Q. its basically something in the phone is drawing allot of power (usually the back light.) and this flow of electricity emits past the insulator on the wiring and is picked up in the speaker. my Q9m didn't have this problem most likely because it hadn't been overheated by allot of use yet. just get it replaced, it might take 3 or 4 tries but once you get a good one you should not have this problem, or at the very least you will have to strain to hear it.

The background noise is very annoying. I would like to exchange it but I do not feel like going through the trouble if the new one will have the same problem. And I don't really want to keep exchanging the phone hoping to maybe get one that works properly.

Any ideas??
