New Q9m won't boot.

I upgraded from the original Moto Q to a Moto Qm last week. Everything has been running fine. Yesterday I installed 2 apps and didn't realize that I installed them to the device. Late last night I got an error telling me that I had zero free space and the memory level was critical for operation. I removed some non-essential files. and freed up 7mb. This morning I decided to uninstall a few apps and install them on the storage card. After doing this my phone won't boot past the Windows Mobile screen. Does anyone have any ideas?

I may just do a hard reset and start over since it is so new.

I would do a hard/ master reset. It must be looking for a file that you moved when installing the apps to the card.
