Ok it all started on monday march 26. i got my new Moto Q 9m! yay! right?
WRONG!!! it was sweet for the first cupple hours then it froze. so i tuck the the battery out like most other people would do. and then the thing was stuck on the verizon logo. my computer did not recognize that any thing was pluged in but it was. so i wated till the next day to come to get a New new Moto Q.

And guess what! this one lasted Half way throo the next day! and at around lunch time the same thing happened! WTF! And i love the Q. its an amazing phone. But if im right if i get a new on it should last about three days. kinda sad. to bad theres no way (that i know) you can just restore it like an iPod.

if you know how to fix it or have any tips for me pleas tell me.

i got some good news:

if you have the same problem your gonna need to do a master reset.
when your Q m9 is off turn it on.
right when it displays the verizon logo press and hold the center of D pad. (thats the rectangular black button that you select things with)
until the screen goes black and displays something like Master Reset.
it will have a Yes and No. press yes and white for like 30 seconds to a minuet
and it will restart. and if it doesent don't panic. turn it off lick you normally would and turn it on.

if it does not work ten do it one more time.
and if that doesent work then exchange it for a new one.

any programs installed? Did your battery drain all the way?

yea. I drained it but it is better not to cuz u have to master restore it.
if u want to know how to do it I updated my post and it tells u how to do it. But if it diddent repost tell me and I will tell u how to do it

normally you can let it charge with phone turned off for a few hours and it will work again
