My new Q9m moving verry sloow

its crazy i got it less then a week ago n i put my lock on then i try to unlock and its slow . and when i do unlock it still says unlock on the bottom and when i try to open the unlock again it gives me a menu. im tryin to change sum settings and scroll through the menu and it take forever for it to go. what do i doooo

i just posted this same situtation a few days ago. i tried clearing all unnecessary stuff/Sktools and it didnt fix the problem. ended up doing a master reset. pissed me off. it better not happen again! good luck!

so after ur master reset it worked fine for how long?
