moto q9m problems

ok so i have, and love my moto q9m. i am on my third though, first kept freezing up, second the antenna didnt work and this one is doing better, but i have to master reset everynow and then.

i have turned off the suggested word feature, but still experiance slow response times and it sill freezes up requiring a hard reset. i got sprite back up so i dont have to reinstall all my programs and contacts. i also insttall my apps to a mem card. but still its slow.

so my first question is how can i speed up my phone and second how can i get it to stop freezing.

also i bought handitv, and it wont work. it says an unknown error 0X8007274C has ocurred, what can i do to fix this

oh and i almost forgot, my speaker is acting funny. when i try to play music, or watch videos it plays really REALLY soft, the vol is turned all the way up but nothing. and my phone ringtones work and play normaly but the music wont work. please help.

you may be getting phones from a a bad bunch. download sk tools lite and run their benchmark tests, and autoclean. See if that helps.

i got the tools but what does the benchmark thing do? like when i go to it what do i check off?

it puts a highlighted albeit faded box around benchmark....tjem click it and it runs some tests. also if you choose cleanup, it will ask you if you want to get rid of misc files.
