[I honestly had the same issue, long story short, my Verizon store has techs on site, I kept going back to them, they kept replacing the phones. (Personally, I think it was battery related, although I did have the regular and extended batteries, and had the issue on both.) Basically 7 phones later, they just upgraded me to the Q9M for free as kind of a way to say sorry. I'd try that route, AS long as you have the insurance and have no problems, getting them to replace the phones, I am sure you'll be able to get a similar type of deal.
