 |  Moto Q 9m won't turn off My Moto Q 9m won't turn off even after I've taken out the battery then putting it back in. Verizon Wireless is the only thing that appears on the screen. I've been using it for only 1 week. This occured only after I recharged it for the 1st time since first charging it for over 20 hours the week before. HELP. I've entered Contacts & have some Text Msgs that I'd hate to lose. |
