 |  Missing start options On the home screen where it says START... i push start to go to the menu and options of the phone and there are none.. I have nothing but a blank screen and MORE on the left bottom of the screen and MENU on the other.. Why can't I see any of my options? |

 | If it's just contacts you're worried about, you can sync them with outlook to the pc, and then move them back. Also, there's Dashwire and pim.vol for that.

|  Got it to work.. Thanks Sherri.. I downloaded dashwire and copied all my contacts and pics.. When i master reset my phone i just logged back on to dashwire and boom my contacts and info was back on my phone and now I have a start screen menu...  |
