Message that Memory is low on Moto Q 9m

I keep getting a message that the memory is low on the device - shows I only have 7.11mb free - but there isn't anything loaded on it other than what came with the Q and Intellisync. How do I resolve this.

Well if there is nothing on it other then the preinstalled software then try a hard reset. It did that to mine too so I did a master reset and it was fine after that.

did you try to empty out the temp files in PIE ?

or maybe if you text a lot you might have a lot of text messages in the folders and it could be taking up memory ?

Mine is doing this also...wouldnt a hard reset loose all your settings and contacts?

Pocket Internet Explorer... clean out the temp files and what not.
