Default Inserting "To Do Lists"

I'm currently posting all my upcoming projects in Outlook Tasks. On the date and time I scheduled the tasks I get a notification which stays until I dismiss it or snooze drives me crazy. I would like to put these in a "to Do List" instead that I could review for that day but not get a notification every5 minutes to 1 hour but can't find one in my Q9m. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Do you mean like a to do list on your homescreen as opposed to going into Tasks on your Q. Look into Facade. I would also recommend upgrading the PIM applications on your Q to something like Papyrus (which I use), or Extreme Agenda, or Agenda One. I have the CAB files for Facade and Papyrus on my apps page if you want to give them a try. As for the reminders, just don't add them if you don't want them when you create the task in Outlook.
