help with opening files on storage card - Motorola Q Forum

Hi everyone, I just got a 9m two days ago. I have downloaded files from my computer to the storage card. However, my phone freezes up when i try to open any document over 100kb such as a 32 page word document at 121kb's. How can i fix this problem? Thank you very much.

i have a shortcut to the file manager on my home screen, then i click on the storage card and finally click on the file that i want. Small files seem to open fine. However, this larger file (121kb... which is relatively a small file), which is very important seems to have trouble opening.

did u download documents to go ? it is "more better" than the original text reader on the Q

DTG came with the phone. I just tried opening the file up thru DTG and i just get the windows moving logo, and the phone wont respond.

o my bad hmmmm....maybe some 1 will chime in ... try checkcking for newreleses this could of been a bug that they fixed
